Our tour guide, Michael Cohen, was on time and ready to go for the 9:30 start at St. Paul’s Chapel on Broadway. He thoroughly explained what to do in the 9/11 Museum and in the One World Trade Center Observatory. Mike also was knowledgeable about each stop along the tour. The tour was both emotional and interesting. It is a part of history that will not be forgotten and we were fortunate to have a tour guide like Mike to provide in depth details about each stop including some stories that you wouldn’t find through Google.
The experience and information was well worth the price. The stories our guide shared were very interesting and the museum was awesome. We stayed there over 3 hours. Unfortunately, it was very overcast when we went up to the top of the One World Observatory, so we couldn't see much. They will issue you a ticket for another day, but we couldn't take advantage of that.
Wonderful tour, the host Ally was a lovely girl with a very upbeat personality which made the tour a lot of fun!! It was very informative and fab for seeing the filming locations in the programme and also other parts of Manhattan that I wouldn’t necessarily have gotten to see!! Defo recommend them tour!!
