Miss Harriet is my new super hero. She was full of wonderful tidbits of information about New Orleans and great tips for us semi knowledgeable cooks. She had the best, yum, corn and crab bisque. Who knew, other than Miss Harriet, how well the base and roux would make it. It was so good that seconds called my name. Her Chicken Etouffee was delicious and I wanted seconds but another course was coming. Pralines, OMG. Can’t wait to make these and Miss Harriet, I will make them my own.

Harriet was an awesome instructor! She went through each step of each dish and how to fix certain issues if they come up in your cooking. She shared some of the local history with us and at the end we got to eat what she made, which was delicious! I look forward to making this food at home for sure!

Pat is full of charm and funny. Truly an informative and enjoyable class. We learned history of Cajuns and Creoles. And the food was delicious! We can’t wait to fix these dishes and share them with our friends! Also, we could tell by the seating arrangements that they were conscious of COVID-19 social distancing. Thank you Pat and your team!
