My best friend and I came to New Orleans for the first time together for a few days and this was our favorite activity we did during our stay. Our guide, DJ, was super knowledgeable about both local food joints and New Orleans history. We started off at Bon’s with a drink and a snack then took off on our walk. About an hour in we came back to Bon’s and got to try a few local fav dishes with another drink. The tour ended with another short walk and a final drink. Can honestly say all 3 drinks and all the food we got to try were delicious. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in a little foodie tour with a fun and informed guide.

They serve a drink, then go on a walking tour, then go back to the same building and have food for you and a drink, then do another walking tour. The guide was great. I think they should have had some food and drinks at first, then do the tour, and come back to finish up the rest of the menu. There was lots of food - and all very good. Need to tell them ahead of time if you have food allergies/restrictions, they did a good job accommodating the request.

Overall, this was a good tour. We weren't sure what to expect, but kind of thought we'd stroll, eat and drink a bit here, stroll some more, eat and drink a bit there, etc. Instead, we did all the eating in the beginning, then when we walked it was to gain history on foods/restaurants, etc. Our guide was very knowledgeable and attentive, and clearly knew his stuff! I think we would have enjoyed it more if we had gotten to visit different places rather than eating everything from the same place.
