The tours (3 different routes, all included) are very well organized. Even while the traffic in Naples is pretty chaotic and unpredictable, the busses were pretty much on schedule. The audio guide information are helpful, but of course they are very limited. We enjoyed the routes A & B and both are definitely worth to do. The A tour is going partly through the storic center. The B tour is going to the wealthy and famous residential quarter where you also get fantastic view over the Vesuv. A must to see. All in all I would do it right away again. The value for money is great.
The two routes in Naples were very interesting and one got a good overview of the city. The only problem was to find the initial bus stop. The fact that there was construction on the piazza municipo did not help. But we should have received more specific instructions to find the main bus stop. This has been a problem with all our hop-on hop-off bookings this holiday in Palermo and Napoli. An area to improve.
If you’ve only got 24 hours (or less), THIS IS THE BEST THING TO DO! Especially if you’re travelling to Amalfi or Sorrento, but you still want to see Naples, you can leave your luggage at the Luggage Left at the airport and then you can book a later bus for your final destination (if you arrive early in the morning). Two thumbs up from me!
This was the best way to see and experience this energetic city. The bus was always on time and not to crowded. We enjoyed the two routes and made the most of it. We especially liked the blue line with the spectacular views of the port.
Tour is organised as it has to be but you have to take into account the long traffic jams in the city Tour B was partly available because of water problems due to heavy rains
