Very smooth transfer from Airport to our hotel. We booked our transfer for 1 hour post landing just in case of delays etc. but there is honestly no need to do this. The taxi driver had already tracked our flight and new the time we had landed and therefore showed up 1 hour earlier than expected! He spoke little English but still made a really good effort to tell us all about the sites on our way to the hotel. Very friendly and talkative! Perfect start to our stay in Sorrento

Driver was waiting at the pick up point and made himself clearly visible, extremely polite also. Transport was a spotlessly clean and luxurious Mercedes Benz people carrier, expertly driven. Driver loaded and unloaded all luggage at pickup and drop off. I would not hesitate to use this service again and would thoroughly recommend anyone to do the same.

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours 15 mins, but we were switched to a later taxi that was waiting for us. Initially arrangements were made by email from our home airport departure lounge, and a quick call upon arrival at Napoli meant we soon found the driver and we were away.
