An excellent day out. I received communication from the company 24 hours before my trip with precise instructions for the day, all the tickets I needed and even a map location of the exact bus stop I needed to go to for my pick up. The tour guides were helpful and explained everything clearly including when I should get off and where/what time to get the bus back. I would highly recommend this tour operator. Tour originally booked was cancelled day before as we were the only people booked on it. We were offered a similar tour which included a guide in Pompeii and a pizza lunch. We accepted the alternative for an extra charge of €18 each. Considering it was February we were very lucky with the weather and there were very few tourists in both Pompeii and Vesuvius. Whole tour went smoothly.

Everything was right on time! Easy to find pick up spots. We had a private driver, Pasquale, in a Mercedes mini van. He was helpful, kind, and very patient with us. He took us to Pompeii, then to Vesuvius. He even dropped us off at our hotel. Definitely go with this company!
