A man met us as we came out of the luggage area. He was holding a phone with our last name in big bold letters. He took us outside and told us to wait for our ride and that it should come in 5 minutes. It took longer than 5 minutes and the driver came walking up to us as he was waiting for us in a different spot. It all worked out and we got to our hotel great!

No pick-up time is requested in the booking process and after that nobody will contact you promptly. Had to make subsequent inquiries as to whether the local GYG partner would like to know the arrival time. The bottom line is that everything is far too cumbersome. Get into a public taxi at the airport, there are plenty of them, and you're done!
