      In error, I booked my ticket from Naples to Rome Airport I instead of Rome Airport to Naples - by the time I realized what I had done- my ticket had expired and I was standing on the bus platform at the airport The customer service people were amazing and had me on the next bus from Rome Airport to Naples. Flightimg is stress and expensive. I was so grateful for their help. I highly recommend this service.

      Everything went great and we reached on time which was important. The bus was clean and comfortable however we did not go straight to Naples. The bus made a stop in Ciampino airport and then in some other town on the way which was not advertised. Overall though a great service!

      We left Naples on the bus on time. The bus was comfortable and there was plenty of room. There was no problem with finding the meeting point or with the tickets. Unfortunately, the bus was far later arriving at the Airport than advertised, which mean't that we had a dash to get through security etc.
