- It is required that customers with children under 2 years old must have a baby carrier with a harness attaching them to an adult. Please bring your own as these will not be provided. If the sea condition is too rough to bring infants, you will be advised to reschedule on the day before the tour
- If no whales or dolphins are spotted on tours in Feb and Mar, you will get a full refund
- If no whales or dolphins are spotted on tours in Dec, Jan, Apr. you will get a voucher to use on another day
