Nice tour despite the amusement park-like herding of people through the museum. Guards were a bit rude to visitors. Didn't like that if you missed seeing something the guards wouldn't let you retreat to look again. The tour itself was beautiful!

Great guide. He really knows his information on the various different parts of the Vatican Museum. No problems getting into the museum, and nice small headsets were not distracting.

We had a great guide and an overall great experience! You don’t get that much time to look around in the basilica and at the vatican museums, but in the sistine chapel we got 10 minutes, which was more than enough for us! We would certainly recommend this tour!

The office to exchange the voucher took quite a bit to find but staff were great when we found it.
Although the Vatican Museums are extremely popular with tourists all year around, if you’re looking for a quieter visit, your best bet is during the low season between November and February.
On the last Sunday of every month, entrance to the Vatican Museums is free during opening hours, from 9:00 AM until 12:30 PM. This is a great way of saving money, but be warned: these free days are also the most popular. If you’d rather avoid the large crowds, you’re better off going on a regular day.
The ticket office opens at 9:00 AM. If you want to see as much as possible, then you should arrive early, as the Vatican Museums are huge (over 9 miles!) and long lines can start forming at the entrance even before opening time. However, if you’re more interested in avoiding the queues, come around 1:00 PM. Most people will be headed for lunch at that time and it’s often possible to walk straight in without wait.
Even if you’re intending to avoid the queues, don’t come too late. The ticket office closes at 4:00 PM and the Vatican Museums close at 6:00 PM. If you want to have time to see the Sistine Chapel, you should arrive at the Vatican Museums by 3:00 PM at the latest.

The tour with Chiara absolutely amazing. We had a small group. No lines at the Basilica or Museum with the 8am tour. Definitely wear good walking shoes. Our guide Chiara (when in Rome Tours) was such a great guide. Very interacting and so very knowledgeable, funny and great energy. Personalized our tour so we could get to the most important stops in an efficient manner. Made sure everyone’s needs were met along the way. She offered to take photos of each person/couple at the best spots! She was interested in each person/couple. Asked where we were going next so she could recommend activities/restaurants. Guiseppi and Maria from Florida
We were able to get tickets much earlier than the earliest slot on the Vatican museum website ... We were able to quickly go in , show our number in the app to the guy at the reservation window, who then gave us tickets to use in the turnstile to get into the main part of the museum. We were able to tour on our own which is exactly what we wanted to do. Thanks.
Amazing service. This is the kind of company and people you wish to find when you are visiting a city for the first time. Dario and Mary made our experience even better. Even after the vaticano tour with Mrs Mary (which was absolutely perfect, Mr. Dario kept helping us through what's up.. 5 stars
