The food spots were excellent. A glass of wine is provided at three of the four stops and alcohol is offered at the last with cake. The amount of food is relatively light but it’s good for trying different things at each restaurant. Maria explains a lot of extra things about Croatia that we didn’t expect to get on a food tour. It was very interesting to hear what Croatians eat and how they prepare their meals. I would definitely recommend!
This is a private tour. It was just 4 of us in a car that takes a maximum of 7 passengers. Our tour guide was very friendly and offered to take pics of us at the stop points. Although he probably leads this tour regularly, he still sounded enthusiastic about telling us about Dubrovnik. He was patient, had a positive energy, and was an all-round friendly guy.
Maria was warm, knowlegabke & passionate about her country it's history & it's food and wine. She made the tour interesting with a fantastic choice of restaurants providing local food and wine. Nothing could be faulted on the tour and everyone enjoyed it.
Ana was a superb guide. Very knowledgeable & kind. We visited 4 magnificent restaurants where we ate local delicious food and drank superb wines. A must do for food & wine lovers with appreciation for local history!
Anna was wonderful. The whole experience could not have been better. Highly recommend Anna for this tour. We would have liked to spend our whole trip with her.
