Anna, our guide was super informative and knowledgeable. She made sure everyone kept up and was following along with the history surrounding the castle. She was personable and when there was an issue with the trains returning she went out of her way to ensure that people made their connections effectively. However, the only issue I have is not with her but the tour company who said that it would be finished by 18:30 when the expected time (if nothing goes wrong) is 19:15. Therefore be careful when booking next transport options.
There were only a couple and I leaving from Munich, which was excellent due to our current situation; in Nürnberg, three more people were waiting for the tour, which is also reasonable. The guide showed us the history of the places, curiosities, and even gave some tips about the city. I would recommend the tour, and the town is lovely; I felt like I was in a medieval movie.
We had a very good guide Lucia , she explain so in detailed the history of the castles and king Ludwig 11, that we where amazed by her. We really had a great time it’s true a lot of steps we needed to climb but it was more than worthed. I will recommend this tour
Great way of experiencing Munich and learning about its history in a different way. Very well written and thought out. Definitely recommend it! PS: Doing it at night definitely makes the entire experience more immersive!
The tour was so great! Our tourguide, Veronica, had so many interesting and also funny facts to say about Ludwig II. and I feel like I will remember them forever. It was a very organized tour, totally worth it.
