Very unprofessional, cannot recommend

Unfortunately, this specific tour was very unprofessional, here is a list to highlight the major issues: * The car smelled heavily of smoke, as both driver and guide were smokers * The driver drove very recklessly, even to Indian standards * They stopped to have breakfast for themselves, even though it was not in the program, and I already had breakfast, so I was just sitting there * They constantly chatted with each other in Marati language * The guide knew close to nothing about the site in Karla * The guide simply skipped going to Bhaja, or even to mention it * I had to pay the entry fees, even though the description says it is included in the tour price Even though the guide, "Dave" was friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable regarding slums (he usually guides those tours), in the context of this specific tour he was very ill-prepared.

The best are the local guides are spectacular they save the experience. The page is poor, everything they offer is not true. Eg I canceled an additional language in Spanish that did not exist. The price is excessive but you discover that when you do the excursion. Please check what they offer it is not good to pay for something that is not received.
