    Look for a whiteboard or paper with your name on it just outside your exit gate in the airport terminal hall. If you don't find your name there, you can call the phone number on your activity voucher. Sometimes in exceptional cases, if you don't see someone waiting for you at the airport or cannot get in contact via mobile phone, please take a cab and ask the driver to take you to the Kathmandu Suite Home hotel, where your room is booked. The activity provider will reimburse you for the taxi and will meet you at the hotel.

    Ever dreamed of visiting the world's highest mountain? This 12-day Everest Base Camp Trek lets you see one of the most exciting destinations on an outdoor trip perfect for adventure lovers. Enjoy included accommodation, meals, and more.

    Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu Upon arrival, get picked up from the airport and taken to the Kathmandu Suite Home hotel, where you'll sleep for the first night of the trip (breakfast included).

    Day 2: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding Early in the morning, drive to the airport and take a short flight to Lukla (2,804 meters). Embark on a 3-hour trek to Phakding (2,610 meters), then stay overnight at a guesthouse (lunch and dinner included)

    Day 3: Namche Bazaar Trek

    Gear up and start another trek to Namche Bazaar (3,535 meters). Stay overnight at the guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 4: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar Take a walk around the valley to adjust to the thin air. Namche Bazaar is known as the gateway of Everest. Opt to go to a museum on the same day to discover the traditional customs of the Sherpa people.

    Take in a sweeping view of Everest and other mountains from this place. Stay overnight at another guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 5: Trek to Tengboche

    Reach Tengboche (3,850 meters), then visit a monastery known as Tengboche Monastery, where your guide will take you to observe the prayer ceremony in the evening or morning. Sleep overnight at a guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included).

    Day 6: Trek to Dingboche

    Trek to Dingboche (4,350 meters), then get some rest during an overnight stay at a guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 7: Another day of acclimatization First, take a trip to Chhukung Valley, then return to Dingboche in the evening. Afterward, go to Chhukung Ri (5,546 meters). From there, observe the 5th highest mountain, Mt. Makalu. Stay overnight at the guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 8: Trek to Lobuche

    Enjoy more natural scenery on a guided hike to Lobuche (4,950 meters). Stay overnight at a guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 9: Visit Everest Base Camp Trek to Everest Base camp (5,400 meters) and return to Gorakshep (5,160 meters). Stay overnight at a guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 10: Hike to Kalapathar Star the day with a hike up to Kalapathar (5,545 meters), an excellent viewpoint to enjoy views of Mount Everest and other mountain landscapes. Trek back to Pheriche (4,280 meters), then spend the rest of the night at a guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 11: Return to Namche Trek back to Namche Bazar, then stay overnight at a guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included).

    Day 12: Trek back to Lukla

    Following a hike back to Lukla, sleep overnight at a guesthouse (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included). Day 13: Kathmandu After breakfast, fly back to Kathmandu, followed by a transfer to your hotel.

    • Flight and permit fees are subject to change. These fees need to be paid in cash in Kathmandu.
    • Flights between Kathmandu - Lukla or vice versa can be delayed or cancelled due to bad weather. Thus, it's highly advised to take some buffer days.
    • Guided Small Group Departures are available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (October - May).

    • You can buy or hire a sleeping or down jacket in Kathmandu (assistance will be provided if needed).
