Departure at 6.40 from the hotel, it stings a bit. We're off for a long day. The journey is a bit long with a significant waiting time at customs but unavoidable. The guide Maria who speaks English is very good, she manages to keep us in suspense. Arrival in Mostar at the end of the morning, tour with another local guide who was also great. Then free time, about 2 hours ahead of us but 2 hours which pass very quickly. We take the road for 1 hour of road direction the falls of kravice. The place is beautiful but very crowded. Difficult to take pictures or find a place to rest quietly. Too bad, the vagaries of the high season Return by the new bridge, arrival at the hotel at 8:15 p.m. A very long but interesting day

Emails before the trip were really useful and driver arrived promptly on the day. Excellent small luxury coach, good driver (Pieter ?) and English speaking guide on coach (Maria). We had plenty of time in Mostar. Our guide, Anna, was v good but didn’t bombard us with too much info. Also nice to have free time to wander about on own. Kravice waterfalls v impressive. The info we had did not mention that you can swim there so we did not bring swimwear or towels. It was a long day but we were well looked after and Mostar and Kravice were well worth he effort.

Great experience, definitely worth doing. The tour was well organised. Minibus with AC and a small group meant it wasn’t over crowded. Maria the guide was knowledgable and had lots of interest facts/history about everything along the journey there and back. When I’m Mostar we had another great local guide. Waterfalls were a great experience. You get just over an hour there and to be honest you don’t need any longer. On a hot day it’s so refreshed to have a cool dip. Take swim wear with you. We went during the summer months and you must take plenty of drinking water. You can buy along the way and there’s fountains in Mostar to refill. We tried the local dish which is Cevaci. Great flavours and the flat bread is so fluffy and airy. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops on the tour. Highly recommended.
