Our driver was amazing! It was a very icy travel day, however Richard was an excellent driver. We enjoyed his jokes and guidance for touring Quebec City. Our tour guide in the city was very knowledgeable. What a BEAUTIFUL city! I would highly recommend this tour. We will definitely return!

The driver was super nice! He created a positive atmosphere on the bus until we joined our guide in Quebec! Besides, the guide was also very nice. He explained to us a bit about the history of the city while visiting. The Montmorency Falls are truly incredible! I recommend this visit even if it takes more time to visit the city well.

Overall, the trip was well planned. We had a very fun and friendly guide to Katya. She was very well read and brought things over. It was a shame that she translated a lot of Spanish in the middle of the tour, so I feel that I received less "information" than she could have told. Our bus driver Ali, was a great driver and drove us through the narrow streets of Quebec. It was a shame that we didn't use the time optimally with the guide. When we arrived, we lost at least 20 minutes for a toilet break that we could have done without Katya. Even with the short photo stop at the waterfalls, she shouldn't have been there. In the old town I enjoyed a very nice tour that would have been even better for longer. 3 hours of free time is sufficient. The bus ride would have been much more pleasant if you had foot space (I have a bar + 1.58m and usually have enough space)
