Good tour but not at rush hour.

I enjoyed Audrey and the tour. I was disappointed that we missed the observation tour as we got there 5 minutes late. We were told we would receive a refund for that. I would strongly suggest redoing this tour so that your guide does not have to drive guests through that awful rush hour traffic. The rest of the tour was excellent and Audrey was a delight.

I received an email which only got a pickup point (excluding exact pickup time) So, I made a telephone call the agent, and got the exact pickup point and time. That was not kind. It had some transportation problem depends on a hysterical Swedish girl's protest

Andrea is a good tour guide. Even though this was her first time being a tour guide. She was able to explain the history of the destinations we had been to and was able to answer all the questions. My favorite is the Basilica of Notre Dam.
