Places visited were excellent but tour let down by such poor transport and equipment. Left at 7.30am and arrived back at starting point at 9pm after long waits at pick up points. Main coach was apparently 'old' as normal coach had broken down, but this coach frequently had to stop due to a low battery. Told a new coach would arrive but this was involved in an accident so had to make do with old coach. Leaking diesel meant we had the smell of fumes in the coach, making people nauseous, and it seemed very dangerous to be driving along with diesel leaking out? Air conditioning limited as well due to low battery making it hot inside the coach. Also have to say the guided tour of Sienna was so poor as the headphone system was old and couldn't hear any of the tour guide clearly - most people gave up and looked around on their own. Viola, the tour guide, did her best but difficult with all the mechanical difficulties. Places visited were all excellent and Lunch okay, but overall exhausting!!!

    Worst tour I've ever had.

Very unorganized. No signs at pickup point near train station, could not find our shuttle until my husband asked every driver of every bus there. Luckily he speaks Italian because most of them do not speak English. Shuttle bus was filthy, no air conditioning & many seats were broken. The tour guide we had was the worst, ever. We were unsure if we were going to the right tour because he didnt check the names or announce the tour. We all had the same color name tag so we all followed each other. We don't even know his name. He hardly interacted with the passengers, was rude, arrogant & very indifferent. At one point he told my husband & me,"you go over there" which apparently was to a tour guide that was handling all the Elglish speaking customers. She was excellent. Luckily, my husband took a photo of statue at meeting point or else we would not have found it since all the streets look alike. The places we visited were very historic & wonderful, the wine tasting with lunch was fabulous.
