What people are saying about Monistrol de Montserrat

Mariana was my tour guide. She greeted me warmly. Her English is very easy to understand, making it easy to follow the exciting stories, legends and jokes. The 1.5 hours of free time are tight, but still enough to do a few things and look around. The subsequent wine tasting with the tapas lunch were also a highlight. Nice winery with very nice rooms, perfect for a wine tasting. Afterwards there was still time to taste other wines. For the food you could indicate allergens/vegan/vegetarian before the start of the tour. Only some Spanish music at the tasting or at the meal was perhaps still missing and would improve the whole thing a bit. All in all very recommendable. I would do it again!

We had a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide that served as our driver and guide. It was fascinating to see an elaborated church built in the middle of the mountain, and the hike down from the cable car stop was very scenic.

This was a great tour! It allows you to visit Montserrat with ease, skip the line to get into the Monastery and enjoy a nice wine and tapas experience after. The guides were very personable and informative.

Our tour guide Daniel was outstanding. He was friendly, had a great personality, patient and knowledgeable. We loved the tour and his ability to educate a diverse group of visitors. 5++ stars

Very beautiful basilica. We enjoyed the wonderful history Spain has to offer. I am glad we made the trip and enjoyed our tour guide, Carol.
