What people are saying about Monistrol de Montserrat

Superb day very well organized! Departure in a small group with a guide. We were with Toni, great guide! You can feel the passion in what he does! The guided tour is the perfect length, covers the essentials with the ability to ask questions at will! For people who like to have free time it was ideal! Good tips to make the most of our free time. The only downside was the insufficient air conditioning in the transport on the way back… it was 35 degrees the day of our excursion! But it's quickly forgotten thinking back to the good times of that day! The meal at the vineyard was very good, we expected tapas but it was more like a 3-course meal, chicken leg. Very good! We recommend!

Wonderful tour with David! While we couldn’t unfortunately go hiking due to some regional restrictions (high risk of fires due to the current heat), it was an incredibly informative trip with stunning views! He was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of tips and insights, and made sure everyone felt comfortable at all times. We were also given enough time to explore the area on our own, even though the options were a bit limited due to closures of large parts of the park.

An amazing, stress-free trip in the middle of our stay in Barcelona. Amazing views, eats, and wine. Our guide, Anays, was an encyclopedia of local knowledge, but also hilarious. We knew nothing about Monserrat, little about Catalonia, and wildly incorrect information about wine before our trip, and learned so much while having a great time. I would recommend this full day-trip to anyone in the area.

This was such an incredibly well organised trip! Everything went super smoothly and on time. Our guide Marcel was the best guide one can have, sharing his knowledge about the local customs, history and traditions. He fully engaged with the group and kept us entertained! From Montserrat you have a beautiful view and the wine tasting is in truly unique location. Thanks for a perfect day!

Fantastic tour and our guide Anays was fab, as she gave us a lot of information in an easy to understand fashion while being super helpful and fun and funny!! The wine tasting in the castle of the family vineyard was lovely as well and once again Anays, shined with her great and helpful commentary. I really wish more tours were this great!!
