Start the tour with pick up from your accommodation in Tunis. First, drive to Carthage - a historic city located on a hill next to the Gulf of Tunis. My husband and I had an absolutely incredible time on this day-long tour with our guide, Boutheina!! She was the most knowledgeable, fun, and personable tour guide and we learned SO MUCH from her while visiting Kairouan, El Jem, and Carthage (not to mention, she takes the best photos!!).
