Top 8 things to do in Monaco
When it comes to smallest countries, the country Monaco, capital of hedonism, is second only to the Vatican, capital of holiness. Money can buy anything in this glamorous state, anything except maybe the view of the Mediterranean from Monaco-Ville.
3. Jardin Exotique de Monaco
This “exotic garden” is a cliffside botanical garden with a rich collection of cacti and spectacular views of the sea. Be sure to take a private tour of the cave.
4. Opera de Monte-Carlo
Catching a show in this amazing French-style opera house is a once in a lifetime opportunity, but its stateliness is even worth admiring from the outside.
6. Grimaldi Forum
This gigantic conference center is seafront on Larvotto. Check their official website for events ranging from exhibitions to ballet.
Planning Your Visit
Keep Your Passport On You
This is the first rule of Monaco nightlife. It’s actually the law to have a personal ID on you at all times, and you’ll likely be asked to flash it before entering a Monaco club.
How big is it? The entire country is less than three miles wide. Plan to stroll and enjoy the scenery, but take comfortable walking shoes!

- If you want to experience Monaco and its lively bustle, plan to visit in the summer, but note that beaches will be packed and prices will be higher. If you'd prefer to relax and save some money, try to go in April or October, when the weather is still nice.

What people are saying about Monaco
IT was absolutely stunning! The Guide let us enough time to see everything needed. Please keep in mind that if you wish to stay more in one of the places it would be impossible to see this much in one day. Also, he explained everything regarding how to get in any place of Cote d’Azur. If you wish to see more, you can go back, but this tour provides what you need to see around Nice’s broad, Eze, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and St Paul de Vence. Totally will recommend!
I loved this trip. It was a great way to see the French Riviera. We stopped in many of the small towns and had free time to explore. We even took a tour of a perfume factory. Our tour guide was great and got us back at a decent time.
5/5 stars for this tour it was excellent. Dinner in Cafe de Paris was just beautiful. Lovely to see Monaco at night. Definitely worth a trip.
