First of all, the tour visited a large producer (Moët) known as a ‘negotiant’ as they buy in most of their grapes from producers. Moët have very plush premises in Epernay and the tour was well-polished, finishing off with a sample of Moët Imperiale. The next stop was at a small producer and champagne maker, Julien Chopin. The sampling was far more generous with 3 Champagnes and a dessert wine. They served lunch too, which was plentiful and tasty. This was our favourite stop and the Champagne was very nice. Finally we went to a cooperative whose name escapes me. They have an emphasis of using Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunière grapes. We had 3 samples here, though a bit smaller in size than in the other two producers. Throughout the trip we were given lots of information about the Champagne making process, it was fascinating. The driver and guide for the day was Julia and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, had a pleasant personality and spoke excellent English too.

Trip was awesome. Lots of champagne & Magda our guide was awesome. However if you have a food allergy - you’ll need to bring your own lunch. I told them twice (and they responded with noted with a food allergy) and food was still served that my guest couldn’t eat. This is extremely poor behaviour from the organiser (not magda) and could have resulted in something serious.

I highly recommend booking this experience! The wineries we went to were fantastic. Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable and made the day really fun. Lunch was fantastic and the champagne of course was phenomenal. Getting picked up in Paris was so convenient. Great value!

Wonderful experience. I was weary of going in the winter season but it was very enjoyable. The guide was personable, knowledgeable & brought croissants upon pick up! The lunch was amazing & every champagne was delicious! Very much worth it!

Very nice day but overcast and therefore a long drive to and from Paris. Not much growing so not much to see in the fields. Tattinger was the least impressive. The smaller vineyard more personable.
