Pros: Very friendly staff. Good equipment. Cons: Water was quite low - so it was flat water and with headwind we had to paddle almost the entire time. I contacted them to ask about water level and type of rapids and got no answer.. probably would have cancelled if i learned about low [boring] water. Available information did not mention a 45-minute hot bus ride to the starting point and 30 minutes back - a 4.5 hour event was at least 1.5 hours of riding and waiting. After arriving at starting point, we waited for about 20 minutes for them to blow up rafts and put them in the water. Water was full of silt - not clear at all [not their fault but if you are imagining clear clue/white water, forget that]

Slightly scary fun on the water!

The only issue was the loooong trip from the gathering point to the launch point, helped a lot by the humor of the guides in the buses. Combined easy floating with Type 1, 2 and 3 rapids (keep rowing!!). Overall a lot of fun - and seeing the bald eagle on the bluff was an excellent addition!

Our family of 11 really enjoyed this white-water rafting experience. The rapids were pretty calm so more of a float than actual rafting, but the scenery was amazing, and our guides Lily and Luke did an excellent job of explaining the history of the area to our family.
