    Coach comfort depends on how early you arrive, on the way back it was a chaos because everyone had so many bags with them. The stores open at 10 AM and the coach leaves Milan the same time, and takes 90 mins to get there. They leave the outlet at 6:15 PM and shops close at 8. So you have about 2 hours lost on each end. If you want more time then find other companies or do self arrangements. For example I had no time to eat.. and they don't allow food on the bus.

    It was good trip , the outlet is amazing, great prices for Armani, CK , yet D&G prices were close to the normal stores, the time of the trip was more than enough, my only challenge was locating the bus and it turns out i have to go to the Milan activity office which i knew only thru calling

    I think it’s the safest option to get to the outlet. Bus was leaving at 10:00 and departed from the outlet at 18:30 which gave us plenty of time to go shopping. The trip was smooth and the bus driver was friendly. Unfortunately we didnt find a place where we could use the extra 10% discount but that wasn’t as big of an issue to us. It’s a beautiful place with good brands and I’ll defo recommend this option to friends .
