The cooking class with Sissi was such an event! She is very friendly, patient with kids, and very detailed oriented. She taught us to make tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch. Both dishes were delicious. She was very kind to open up her place and welcome us in her home. This experience was memorable and I couldn’t recommend her more!

This was exactly what we wanted - hands on, fun, informative and absolutely delicious! Wonderful host Santa gave great directions, advice and generally made it interesting while having a great laugh too! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and the food we made together was typical Italian - Bellissimo!!!

I booked this pasta making class for our last night in Milan! It was myself, my husband, 15 year old son, and 11 year old daughter. We really didn't know what to expect and the night was the best ever! Niccolo and Francesca were so welcoming into their beautiful home. Everything was set-up and ready for us to start making 3 types of pasta. Niccolo prepared appetizers for us to munch on too and everything was so delicious! Niccolo and Francesca were both so patient and helpful telling us all the steps to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tortellini!! My family loved making homemade pasta with their hands! We even had homemade tiramisu for dessert. We had a lot of laughs and the night was truly unforgettable!!!!
