Master the most delicious of all Italian arts and learn how to make authentic pizza and gelato. Meet an expert "pizzaiolo" who will demonstrate how to make a perfect, scrumptious pizza. In a professional cooking studio, your professional chef will show you how to make pliable, paper-thin yeast dough while kneading it to perfection. Learn how to prepare a zesty, yet light tomato sauce to spread on top. While the dough rests, take a break to enjoy a selection of premium Diadema wines and olive oil. Then, hear all about the process of making authentic Italian gelato. Discover the raw ingredients and learn how to mix them together as you watch the chocolate melt into the cream. While the gelato churns, your chef will show you how to combine the ingredients to make the batter to cook your cone. Then, roll out your dough, choose your favorite toppings, and season your pizza before popping it into the oven. As soon as your fragrant pizza comes out of the oven, sit down, relax, and indulge your tastebuds with your culinary creations.  At the end of your class, receive a certificate of attendance and a full digital recipe booklet to keep and use back at home.

Chef Francesco was absolutely amazing!! He greeted us at the meeting point as expected and we took the steps to the 2nd floor to start the class. Professional, funny, patient and he answered all our questions. Pizza was great and gelato was 😘!! We regretted not signing up for the risotto and pasta making class he offers. Would definitely take it next time I am in Milan. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun cooking class while in Milan.

The whole experience was great. We didn’t use the dough we made though but only because it needs to rest for 24h, I would have loved to know how mine turned out though. I learned so much too about different flours. I wish they taught the gelato by hand because that might have made the experience so much more unique. Anyway, overall it was a good experience.

We cannot recommend this enough! We were on the fence about doing this, but we are so glad we did. It was the highlight of our trip! We got incredibly lucky and only had 4 people total in the class, something that is unlikely according to our chef, Francesco. He was so much fun and told stories the whole night! His knowledge and willingness to answer anything and everything really made the class. We read previous reviews about people having a hard time finding the location, it is inside the train station in the market on the second floor in the back! Following the class, we got a recipe book which included things we didn’t make in the class, we are excited to try them out! The food was incredible and it’s something we’ll remember forever!
