Very good experience! The chef speaks very good English so easy to understand. The course is done with humor and pedagogy (we learn a lot about food and dishes) The recipes are typical of Italy and very good. The chef is very nice and can have the recipes to try to redo them. Thanks

This was an amazing cooking class and a great way to dive in to the Italian culture. Heather was so helpful and allowed everyone to have a hands on experience. We began with making traditional bruschetta for an appetizer, then made my favourite pasta, gnocchi, for our main course. We finished the meal off with tiramisu and limencello made by a local! This is an experience I will truly never forget, and I highly recommend it!

Very pleasant experience, lots of fun cooking as a group, and the eggplant parmesian and Tiramisu were excellent (the gnocchi needed a tad more seasoning, just some salt would do). Three minor suggestions: though many peopel are there just for fun, do give the recipes to everyone after the meal as a matter of course (we had to ask, but she was happy to send them to us), have us participate in cooking the gnocchi too, and perhaps have the chef join us for the meal or at least to get it started (they brought the food we had made and then went to clean up while we ate). Definitely recommend to others though!
