I was the escort of 12 boys. I am from Milan and therefore facilitated. On the website I could not find a timetable with the various stops. We arrived by train in Cadorna. We went to the Cairoli stop. The QR code sent you to a generic site. We could not find the passage times Then we went to the stop at the Duomo. Scheduled time at booking 1030. Time on table 1040. I think of a real tourist.

The staff on board and very good. The buses are well equipped. Too bad we can't differentiate between the 2 bus companies on the site proposed at the stops, it would avoid waiting 1 or 2 hours at a bus stop if you want to get off and then get back on the next one.

The route is very successful, the duration is also reasonable. The audio guide was informative but the headphones sound bad. If you can, it is best to use your own headphones (AirPods etc. do not work). We were there over Easter, which was a very busy time in Milan. The buses were always completely full, so it's better to walk to the bus 20 minutes before departure to get a seat at the top. Below the view is rather bad. I would get on at the cathedral, since people rarely get off at the other stops and in the end you have to sit down again. Have fun!
