This was a GREAT tour! The tour guide (I forget her name but I took the tour on August 13th at 4 pm), was so knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and funny. Got to learn a lot about not only Da Vinci and his artwork but also the surrounding buildings and areas of Milan when we walked through to get to the last supper. Highly recommend.

We wanted to see the Last Supper and we did. Our guide was good and the tour was well organized. It is an expensive tour at 86 Euro but in Milan, the tour companies use the Last Supper to sell their tours since it is difficult for individuals to buy the 8 Euro tickets to see the Last Supper. I thought that we would learn more about Davinci but I guess that he did very little in Milan so the name of the tour, "In The Footsteps of Davinci" is a bit of a stretch and a bit of a let down. The tour includes his drawings and The Last Supper but excludes the walls he painted in the fortress. I would recommend this tour only if someone wants to see the Last Supper and cannot get tickets but not on the merits of the tour itself.

Fern des Rummels, in der Stille des Refektoriums, steht man andächtig vor Leonardos Meisterwerk. Unsere Fremdenführerin Elena war äusserst kompetent, charmant und konnte dem Laien auf natürliche, einfühlsame Weise viel Wissenswertes zum Leben und Werk des Meisters, wie auch zur Zeit und zur Stadt Mailand, vermitteln. Es war rundum ein Genuss. Danke!
