Full description
Visit the beautiful village of Mijas and explore its typical urban layout with narrow, steep streets and preserved Andalusian architecture — you’ll be charmed by its white houses, barred windows, and colorful planter pots. Your private guide will show you every corner of this town as you learn more about its history on this 1.5-hour tour.   Meet your guide at the bronze statue of the donkey located at the Tourism Office. Then, head out to stroll along the streets and see sights such as the Chapel of the Virgin of the Rock and Constitution Square. Pass by the oval bull ring, the Parish Church of the Immaculate Conception, the botanical gardens, and the remains of the Arab walls. From here, take in awesome views of the coast and the Strait of Gibraltar.   At midday, enjoy an outdoor flamenco show if the weather is good (only on Saturdays and Wednesdays) before visiting the Chapel of San Sebastian, the Chapel of our Lady, the Folk Museum, and the Modern Contemporary Museum.   Once the tour is done, you’ll be in the perfect spot to experience a Malaga wine tasting (at your own expense).
