Enjoy a unique graffiti experience and make use of a large canvas, along with a table full of spray paint in a variety of colors. Be taken through a step-by-step lesson on how to use spray paint, then pour your heart out onto the canvas to create a fascinating masterpiece. You’ll start with the basics: how to hold, angle, and handle the spray can, how to manipulate the pressure and length of the spray to create paint dots and lines of different sizes and widths, and how to write letters. Moving on to more complex skills, you’ll learn how to make a drop shadow, backgrounds and patterns, and a color gradient. After going through the skills of the lesson, you will have time to experiment and create an art piece of your own. The facilitator will be there to give guidance and tips, and to answer questions while working alongside you. Masks and gloves are on hand for personal protection. Although issues with ruining clothes are rare, it is best to wear something comfortable that you won’t mind getting a few paint dots on.
