Convenient pickup right on South Miami Beach. Boat guide/captain was entertaining. The length of the boat trip was just right. Didn't like the alligator show afterward or the "petting zoo" after that. They say the animals are rescues, but it is just sad to see them in captivity like that. We really found it annoying that everyone kept asking for tips (bus driver, boat captain, alligator trainer). They all said they weren't paid and made their living off the tips. Makes me wonder WHO gets the money we spent on the tour

Staff were very nice and the boat was clean and fun! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. The was a good window which was convenient too! There could have been a little more to do there since it is quite a drive from the beach but the pick up and drop off service was great!

The guide was really very prepared, he told us a lot of curiosity both about the city, and about the Everglades. The tour in overcraft lasted very little and we were able to see only one alligator, but the show with the alligators, to be able to touch one, the museum about the Indians compensated the rest.
