The port where the cruise ships come in is called Beverello. If you are arriving by cruise ship, a driver can be arranged to meet your below your cruise ship. They will then take you to Mergellina, where your private boat will be waiting.  The captain will pick you up at the pier and head along the coastline towards the Island of Capri. You will see the Sorrento Coast on one side and the island of Capri in front of you, with Naples and Mt. Vesuvius to your right as you cross the Bay of Naples. Best way to see Naples at the beginning of your trip - both Red and Blue lines are included in the price so you have a great overview of the city with its scenic views and downtown locations. Very helpful and friendly staff - highly recommended!

Perfect way to discover the city (I took both the blue and red routes) so much to see, the staff were super friendly and the buses were always on time!
