The 5-hour trek was canceled because level 4, so climbing without tools but with hands and feet. For that you have to be a trained climber! The staff is super and we have done other things. Abseiling and short walk were very cool!

According to the description, we would be picked up between 8 and 9 in the morning. The bus arrived at 9.40 am, followed by a few hours of driving around Mendoza when the driver would find his customers. At 11 o'clock we left Mendoza and arrived at the starting point for the hike at 12 o'clock. The hike of 5 hours was impossible to complete, it instead became 3 hours long. The guide was minimal with English. Back in the "camp" was served a lousy lunch, consisting of micro-heated tasteless schnitzel and half-hot potato. The excursion was not worth a tenth of the price.

We had a really good hike with a guide who was friendly, attentive and knowledgable. However as for the tour sold the company failed to deliver half of it as the pool was being cleaned the day we where there. No one commented on this and probably the pool is there in the peak peak season (our tour was within the advertised dates though, in December). Also, as other people have mentioned, there is no English guide as advertised.
