    No one was there to greet us and we were left high and dry with no tour. We had to buy additional tickets and still have not heard anything back about a refund. Not cool, very disappointing.

    Guide we’ve got was awesome, museum also, but what was wrong: *meeting point marked in the wrong place *not good communication with person who organize everything, had to ask couple times what we must to do after first part of excursion, nobody explained that we need to travel to another part of museum by bus without guide. *Last evening changed excursion time, made two hours earlier, we were 400 km away from the meeting point that evening and had to start our travel at night.
