What people are saying about Mauthausen

I consider the visit to Mauthausen-Gusen essential. That said, I only have good words about the tour and especially for our driver and guide in Spanish Joseph. Only my parents and I were in this experience, so Joseph made it 100% in Spanish and adapted to us. We had to leave a plaque for my dead great-uncle in Gusen, we couldn't leave it in Mauthausen, so the driver extended the trip to get to Gusen. Details of kindness for a trip where you come to remember the most evil of humanity. Thank you very much Joseph!

It’s an intense, interesting experience with thanks to Uli our guide for helping us through the experience. I certainly recommend this educational, important trip

A very fantastic trip, well organized, wonderful tour guide. the Holocaust events truly unfolds at Mauthausen. The entire experience is worth every penny

Such an amazing and humbling experience. A true eye opener to see just how cruel the world can be towards others just because their views are different.

it was a short tour for everything that had to be seen, but very satisfying, the guide very friendly and open to questions and explanations
