Very good communication via email in advance about pick up. The bus ride was good and well arranged. Once we arrived, we quickly went down the long route with our guide, which was really cool to be able to see the falls from different angles. Clear explanations in good English and our guide could also speak some Dutch. Even for a toddler of 3 this was doable. Beautiful view points with a view over the valley and the waterfall and for 2 euros per person the boat trip to almost under the crashing water. Super cool experience, definitely recommended!

The waterfalls are amazing, the landscape on the way there is also very beautiful and you see a little of what life is like outside the city. They made two stops for us to go and 1 to return since the journey is long, about 3 hours and 3 to return. Obviously, as in almost all excursions, they try to sneak the argan oil everywhere. But very good overall.

Everything worked out wonderfully: from the pick-up at the hotel to the return. It was also plenty of time, we were not rushed and could see everything very calmly and relaxed. I thought it was great that the trip was not canceled because we were the only participants on January 1st.
