It was ok, swung by a botanist shop so we could buy some commissioned goods and then the guide took us up the hill for a view of the falls. Pretty straight forward. The pickup was smooth and the drop off was late afternoon so we got spent a good amount of time outdoors. The driver was good

Had a wonderful day at the Atlas mountains and Ourika Valley. Ismael picked us from the hotel, he was very hospitable and refreshing to know he spoke perfect English and was able to give us information on the city and Ourika with the Berber community background knowledge and the communities that live in Atlas Mountains. Hassan the hiking guide was also amazing and ensured our safety came first when climbing the mountains. He was very friendly and patient and took lots of pictures for us and knew what we needed. He made sure we were looked after well. I couldnt go the to waterfalls so he took my teenage daughter there and she ssid he was a fabulous tour guide. On the way back to the hotel Ismael went out of his way for us to visit a small farm so we could feed the goats and to cash points to get cash. The kebabs were nice at Ourika valley and the mint tea. Highly recommend these 2 guides as they make a great team.

We were picked up on time at an agreed address the day before the activity, very close to the riad by Ibrahim our driver. He was very pleasant, smiling and communicating during the trip, very good driving even if it shakes sometimes, we see that he masters Moroccan roads very well! Regarding the activity, overall we will keep very good memories of this activity thanks to our guide Hassan who was extremely kind and kind to the whole group, he did not neglect anyone and helped a lot. start to finish my 10 year old cousin in this very stony and climbing hike. The hike lasted 3 hours round trip, on arrival the view of the waterfall was incredible. May seem difficult for those who are not used to it, but it is largely doable! We managed to get some discounts thanks to Hassan, top. Leave with your eyes closed. Only negative point: the wait was very long at lunch time.
