We were picked up at our accommodation and taken to the desert quad and camel location with 2 other guests. Quad bike experience was slowed down by the pace of some members of the group therefore we missed the sunset but the experience was still great fun and the horizon views in the desert were beautiful at this time of day. Dinner was the best part of the evening. Great atmosphere and was brought tea and nuts, a starter, tagine and fruit. Well paced throughout the night with musicians and dancers while it got dark. The place offered for us to stay the evening or a 10:30pm or 1am ride back into Marrakech. Drop off at a central location rather than back at the accommodation because the minibus you come home in can’t travel the smaller streets in Marrakech. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience a day trip to agafay.

We visited Ait Ben Haddou on the 31st of August. Our guide was Mohamed and he was excellent. He was on time, was very friendly, made sure things ran smoothly and there were no unnecessary delays. The trip through the Atlas mountains was absolutely breathtaking and there were two stops along the way for photo opportunities. The visit to Atlas Film Studios was fun, we were allowed to take pictures and interact with the props (sitting on chairs/thrones/in horse carriages etc.). Ait Ben Haddou was stunning and the local guide provided a lot of interesting information. Lunch was quick and tasty. In our opinion, this tour is definitely worth the long drive. We would have enjoyed having a little more time in Ait Ben Haddou, but it would have meant arriving quite late back in Marrakesh.

We participated in this activity on the 1st of September 2022. We spent an absolutely magical night having dinner in the Agafay desert. The manager of the camp was incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. He even offered us a shisha on the house. The entertainment included music, male dancers and a fire show. Alcohol was available for extra cost. We had a great time and danced a little as well. We were picked up from nearby our Riad in a spacious black Mercedes with 6 seats in the back. It is worth mentioning that the driver was late, we would have liked to arrive on time in order to fully enjoy the sunset, but we had an incredible night nonetheless. It is a truly unique experience that can make your time in Morocco even more special.

Punctual pick up, quad bikes in good condition, and well looked after the entire time. No pressure to buy anything or leave tips, even when we stopped for tea and snacks (bread, honey and olives). Camels also looked cared for and in good condition. Don't expect too much of a thrill if you're an adrenaline junkie on the quads though - the terrain is flat and easy, and you only go as fast as the slowest person in your group.

Abdel is a great guide and the tour was fantastic. Abdel was very knowledgeable about the region we explored and Morocco in general. The lunch was the best I had in Morocco so far.
