Our guide, Shailesh jethva, was very considerate: GYG hadn't told him we needed a bigger car as we had a mobility aid with us. He had the car and driver replaced without delay. GYG also neglected to inform Shailesh that we wanted to see our own destinations instead of the usual city tour. No problem, suggestions from the guide were added. His report on commuter trains was interesting. Very good English. Our guide, Shailesh jethva was very attentive and flexible: GYG didn't inform him that we needed a bigger car than he came along with. He succeeded in getting a new car and driver without delay. Moreover GYG didn't inform him that we didn't want to make the usual City Tour but had our own plans. No problem for Shailesh, he added some own ideas! I enjoyed his report about commuting by train. His English is very good and understandable. Thank you

Arriving in Mumbai as a first time solo traveller was somewhat overwhelming but I’m so glad I booked this tour for the following day as I had a wonderful time and fell in love with the city. There is much to see and learn here.

Hitesh is a great guide and the tour was interesting on the train and bus but then sadly included some trips by share taxi as well. I know that a bus would probably take too long in the traffic but would be a good addition.

Driver Sunil and the guide were very cooperative and knowledgeable about the places we had visited... extremely polite and friendly too

We had a great time on the tour. The guides were very knowledgeable and help with all our needs.
