New Orleans: Total Food, Cocktail and Jazz Tour
- Small group
- Duration: 9 hours
Easy conversation with Miss Loretta! There were just 6 of us & she crafted her tour based on what we liked, music, authors, foodies, architecture, people, etc.! I was interested in Marie Laveau, so Miss Loretta gave a very informative role play narrative as Madame Laveau and it was awesome! The walking was easy and we covered many facets of the French Quarter. I was so glad we had an informal history lesson because afterward on our own, we looked at things differently. Highly recommend! Thank you Miss Loretta!
Linda was amazing. Very knowledgeable, great story teller. More than 12 people booked this tour at our time, so she came on short notice and they had two smaller size tours at 10am which was AWESOME. Linda even went longer than 2 hours because she had so much to tell. Perfect tour for our short stay in New Orleans! 100% recommend to others!
It was a great overview of the city. The bus was comfortable and it was interesting to understand the various parts of the city and why and how things were designed. The only negative was that the pickup time on the app was earlier than the pickup time scheduled by the tour company. That was confusing
Eliot, our guide, was great! He mixed music, history and architecture throughout our tour. He engaged with the whole group and answered many questions with ease. He has a great personality and I would highly recommend him for a tour!
If you are interested in a bit of history of New Orleans and you’d like to do something, like a horse carriage ride, I would definitely recommend it, whether it’s by yourself or with your family or significant other.
