Having bought the ticket from home, once at the ticket office it was sufficient to show the reservation on the smartphone and in a few seconds I was ready to start the visit. The Cathedral, majestic from the outside, is equally beautiful inside and therefore absolutely deserves to be seen. Consider a good hour for the visit. The audio guide in Italian is recommended, which can be purchased immediately after passing the turnstiles at the entrance.

Even though we were in Mallorca at a time when there aren't crowds thronging Palma, the online ticket was a good option. We had to look for the right entrance (the main entrance was closed, as was the often-mentioned entrance on the right-hand side) and the QR code didn't get along with the passage block (but the problem was solved very quickly and friendly by the staff), we were able to but then we look forward to an almost deserted (maybe 150 visitors) cathedral and enjoy this admirable building. The fact that the sun then casts the colors of the great windows onto the walls was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommendable.

The meeting point is stated on the ticket. I found myself there too. However, that's the line to buy tickets. If you don't know that, you still stand in line. Instead, they could have pointed out that if you have the QR code either on paper or on your phone, you can go straight to the entrance.
