Train, tram and busy experience were all great, specially given the nice weather. The location for lunch was nice with good options, and enough time was given. The guide commentary was a bit disappointing, with him switching between Spanish and English quickly. Even the English sounded like Spanish, wasn't very clear, and was too rushed.

The actual experiences were quite good and the sights beautiful. Though it was impressive that our guide spoke 4 languages, it greatly distracted from the quality of the tour in our opinion. There was no way to indicate to look left or right to see sights, as it would be long gone for those not speaking the one language at that point. Also, when speaking English, he would frequently drift into french or Spanish within the sentence. Very confusing. I would definitely look for a tour in your preferred language or at least only two. Definitely not four. Also, we were at the 1st pick up point early, which seemed to be a popular tour pick up spot..unfortunately it was a one lane road and large tour busses could only come thru one at a time. Every bus that came thru the guide would come into the hotel lobby right off street (where we instructed to stay for safety) & Ed check for our tour. Because of the endless tour busses ours was late and the guide yelled at us for not coming up the

We had a great day out. It unfortunately rained the whole day however we had a few hours of sunshine / clear skies around midday which was nice. The tour started with a wooden train and then tram ride up to Soller. We then drove for 1hr + to get to Sa Calobra where we had lunch and the opportunity to explore. During the afternoon we drove back down the mountain on iconic winding roads and popped into see the Lluc monastery. Overall a really good day out, felt like we saw a lot of Mallorca. Due to the weather we weren’t able to do the boat tour which was a shame but overall a good time had by all!
