Fantastic way to get acquainted to Madrid’s many tourist sites. My family (2 adults, 2 kids 16 & 12) really enjoyed ourselves on this two hour private tour. Sara was our guide and was lovely, providing great in-site to Madrid’s history. A nice extra (free) was Sara taking photos of us at certain hot spots and then emailed them to us afterwards. If you have never tried riding a Segway then you should find this fun and a unique way to get around. This company uses the X2 version of Segways which I found were much smoother than one I had used before.

Our guide, Sarah, is awesome! She is informative, funny, easy going, and had us navigating the city with ease (even the occasional traffic jam). We did the 2-hour tour and it was a perfect way to get the lay of the land and see great sites: Retiro park, the palace, cathedral, Prado, etc.

Great way to see Madrid in the limited time of our stay. You were given the option of visiting the site or a trip in Retiro park. We choose to visit the park and it was the most amazing way to see that beautiful destination! What made it more special is our lovely and friendly guide Sandra who shared some interesting facts about the park along the way. They were professional, courteous and friendly from the moment we contacted them to the moment the experience ended. I would highly recommend it!
