Our guide Alejandro was excellent. He met the group outside the 'Opera' metro station on Plaza de Isabel II and walked us to the amazing Royal Palace, which is a must see for lovers of history. Alejandro was very knowledgeable and really brought to life the history of the Palace and all the monarchs that lived there.

Very informative of the history of Spain. Sergio was very knowledgeable. I would only say we had a big tour which was fine but then we also had other people who hadn’t paid for the tour following us and listening along for free. Audio ear piece was helpful but not comfortable.

The tour was really informative and interesting. There was a slight delay to the beginning just because it was a Saturday, so if you go on those days maybe expect to not get in straight away just because of numbers, but not the tour guides fault and once we got in we had a nice relaxing tour. Learned so much about the history of the palace and Spanish royalty I wouldn't have otherwise without a guide.
