Very pleased with this tour. The guide seemed knowledgable and concerned about the safety and comfort of the group. Very organized and accurately described by the website.. We spent about 1.5 hours at each site and 45 minutes walking between. The audio system was good and the guide made sure it was working. The time spent at the palace was long enough and I thought having a guide really added value. The walking tour was informative. Unfortunately the Sol Plaza and the streets were torn up by construction at the time of the tour (September 2022). The Prado tour was very enjoyable. You could stay longer at the Prado after the end of the tour if you did not leave the museum. Good communication before the trip. The App is helpful to receive your vouchers. It is good idea to check the meeting site before the tour because they are very clear about the location of the meeting point.

The guide was excellent, and the tour was SUPER informative. The only thing I would say - this is a VERY long tour. I would include a longer break so people can get lunch and rest, or break it into two separate tours. Otherwise, by the end of the second tour, it is difficult to stay focused.

The positive: The visit to the Palace was very good, the guide Pedro Excellent !!! Time and form was fulfilled. The visit to the Museum, the guide Cecilia, also excellent, came out a lot. THE NEGATIVE: For those of us who are not from Spain, the monument of Philip IV, nowhere says so, so you have to ask everyone what it is to locate the meeting point, they should solve it. People should have been told that between the 2 visits there were several blocks for those who wanted to go by taxi, there were older people who had a hard time doing it. And finally a passenger was late and we were more than half an hour to enter the museum a shame. Things to improve. For the all very good.
