We have booked various tours through GetYourGuide several times and have always had very good experiences with them. Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. We had booked a tour in German, unfortunately our guide spoke hardly any German and tried again and again in English. The bikes were in poor and very dirty condition and could not be adjusted to us because our guide did not have the right tools. She drove us away several times and took no account of traffic rules, safety or where her group was, we had to try to catch up with her several times. Unfortunately, their expertise in the city of Lyon and their commitment were consistently inadequate. Our guide seemed to pursue their own interests much more, the tour had little to do with the description on GetYourGuide. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this tour.
