What people are saying about Luxor

Our guide Ahmed Abass was wonderful. His knowledge of the ancient Egyptians is exceptional. He was friendly and accommodating, slowing the pace of the tour to suit our needs. He was full of helpful hints and cannot be recommended enough. The cruise was good. Apart from a few minor niggles like a poor aircon and the odd smell of diesel when the boat is still it is a good experience. It does need more sail time as your are sat in Aswan and Luxor for a full day and a half each. The food was good, combining Egyptian and western well. The transport to the sights are all in modern cars.

Amazing experience. The ship and the guide were just great. High quality ship ‘Le Fayan’ offers beautiful and cosy rooms and quality food. The excursions included in the itinerary along the cruise were impressively wonderful. And the whole experience was even made better by our funny and wonderful guide, Mr. Ahmed, who has all the knowledge about ancient Egypt and he just goes beyond our expectations and offering us the best experience and service. Thanks!

Our guide Ramzy was very knowledgeable, we learnt a lot about Egyptian history with him. He was always there for us and made sure that we didn’t have any problems. I would totally recommend him to our family and friends. Just be aware that you have to do a lot of tipping, it seems is the way it works here. But apart from that the quality of the tour is excellent.

Very good experience. Zaher was a great tour guide with extensive knowledge and ability to answer any questions. The tour was well organized for the best sights and also has excellent staff and food on board. Would recommend.

Food was good, our guide Khalf was fantastic. Would recommend this cruise to anyone
