Visit Lower Khumbu, the three highest passes in the Khumbu region — namely, Renjo La, Cho La, and Kongma La — and Everest Base Camp. Meet at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Day 2: Trek preparation day in Kathmandu. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu. Day 3: Flight to Lukla and trek to Phakding. 40-minute flight followed by a 3-hour hike. Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters/11,285 feet). 6-hour hike. The best time to go on the Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp Hiking is during the spring (March-May) or fall (September-November) when the weather is mild and there are fewer crowds. However, the trek can be done year-round, and each season has its own unique advantages and disadvantages. 3. Everest Yoga Trek | Exotic Scenarios | 14 Day Trek

DAY 1 : ARRIVAL We will welcome you warmly and pick you up from the airport. You will be escorted to the hotel, where there will be a brief discussion of the trek programs and itinerary and an opportunity for you to taste authentic Nepali food. DAY 2 : KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING The day will be entirely dedicated to explore the hustling and bustling Kathmandu. The main motive for sightseeing around then Kathmandu is to visit as many of these world heritage sites as possible and gather the experience of hospitable people around DAY 3 : LUKLA/PHAKDING Firstly, after breakfast, we will take a flight to Lukla, where our actual trek begins. After flying above beautiful villages for about 35 minutes, you land at Tenzing Hillary airport/ Lukla airport. From Lukla, an ascending hike will lead us to the PasangLhamu Memorial Gate, accompanied by porters and other team members. Afterward, trekking through sherpa villages reflecting on their cultures like Thalsharoa, Chheplung, ThadoKoshi Gaon, and Chhuthawa. With the company of mesmerizing rivers like Dudh Koshi and beautiful prayer flags, chortens, etc., after walking for about 4 hours, we arrive at Phakding. In Phakding, you will have a yoga session for about 2 hours in the evening before resting in a guesthouse. DAY 4 : TREK TO NAMCHE Before starting the trek for the day, you will enjoy performing yoga in the Himalayas. Through pine forests, a few suspension bridges, and small but amazing settlements, and crossing the Dudh Koshi river, we arrive at Monjo after passing other beautiful locations like Toktok, Bengkar, and Chhamuwa. Then you will be headed for the Sagarmatha National park. The following trail will require us to cross the Dudh Koshi bridge and then pass through the lower river’s bank. After that, climbing through the forest and walking past Larja dovan, we reach Larja bridge which offers a glorious view of Mount Everest. Heading to Mislung, you will pass through fascinating pine forests on a rocky path. Trekking for a while from Mislung Namche will be in our sight. DAY 5 : ACCLIMATIZATION The reason for staying for the day in Namche is acclimatization which will keep us on the safer side and prevent us from possible encounters with acute mountain sickness. The day will begin with 2 hours yoga session in the morning at Everest view lodge. The day comprises a hike of a full-day circuit through Khunde, Khumjung, and back to Namche with the sole purpose of staying active. First, we explore Khunde, where you reach through KhundeTsamkhang (a Buddhist temple) with a majestic view of many peaks like Khumbu la, AmaDablam, and Thamserku peaks. Then we will head to visit the school built by Sir Edmund Hillary. After exploring and hiking for the whole day, our night will be spent at Namche. DAY 6 : TREK TO THAME Like every other day, we start with early morning yoga for 2 hours. Thame is situated at the junction of an old primary trade route to and from Tibet via the Nangpa La (pass). First, we arrive at Thomde village, and from there, the trail begins to climb down to a river. With a steep and short climb from there, we will reach Thame, the childhood home of Tenzing Norgay. After a day full of the trek, you will end the day with dinner and resting overnight in a teahouse. DAY 7 : TREK TO KHUMJUNG You will be taken to visit Thame monastery after 2 hours of yoga in the morning. Along with the mesmerizing views of Everest, AmaDablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, and Kwangdeon, we then trek forward to Sherpa village. After arriving at Khumjung, we have our dinner and rest. DAY 8 : TREK TO PHORTSE Our day starts with a yoga session of 2 hours in the morning. This day's trek will be comparatively easier, consisting of descending until we reach Pangbouche and Phortse. Phortse will flaunt a gorgeous view of the Himalayas alongside which you witness exotic animals like musk deer, mountain goats, and birds on our way there. DAY 9 : TREK TO PANGBOCHE After the usual 2 hours of yoga class in the morning and breakfast, we leave for Pangboche.You will be walking through paths that bend around the gorge that opens up to the marvelous views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Everest. After a short trek that lasts about just 4 to 5 hours, you will be welcomed by Pangboche. Since we have time, another yoga session for 1 hour will be arranged before resting in a teahouse. DAY 10 : TREK TO TENGBOCHE Tengboche is home to the largest monastery in the Everest region. Through PhunkiThanga, we enter the Sagarmatha National Park, where the monastery is located. If we reach Tengboche before sunset by passing Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lhotse, and Nuptse mountain views, you will get to be a part of a Buddhist religious ceremony there. Not to forget, before all this there will be a yoga class for 2 hours. DAY 11 : NAMCHE BAZAAR Walking back to Sagarmatha National Park along with an absolutely marvelous view of mountains downhill, you will reach Namche after a 2-hour yoga session and breakfast in the morning. We will stay overnight in a teahouse at Namche. DAY 12 : TREK TO LUKLA The day begins with a yoga session for 2 hours amongst the Himalayas. Retracing our path first, we reach Phakding through Dudh Koshi. Then we pass through a suspension bridge above ThadoKoshi and observe several Sherpa villages; you arrive at Lukla. The day will end with 1-hour yoga class too. The accommodation will be a teahouse for the night. DAY 13 : KATHMANDU Your flight to Kathmandu will be arranged for this day from Lukla. Due to climatic problems, there is a fair chance of your flight being canceled which is why the day is considered as a buffer day. If everything goes well, you will fly back to Kathmandu. DAY 14 : DEPARTURE From the hotel check-out to the airport check-in, which is to be done 3 hours before the flight, we will arrange everything, and all your needs will be taken care of.
